The initiative

Local capability should create local possibility.

Aumtara LEADS works in Lakhimpur Kheri near the Indo–Nepal border, including with the Tharu tribal population and other underserved rural communities.

Its programmes connect agricultural and vocational skill development with entrepreneurship, market readiness, digital and financial awareness, traditional craft preservation, and reduced pressure to migrate for work.
