We believe confidence and opportunity should grow together.
Aumtara Foundation began by creating accessible spaces for self-development, confidence building, workshops, creative expression, and community learning in Delhi.
Through Aumtara LEADS, that work extends to tribal and rural communities in Uttar Pradesh—connecting personality development with skills, livelihoods, local leadership, and economic self-reliance.
Reported public figures; the COVID figure refers to direct support attributed to the Aumtara–Yellow Street safety-net effort.
Three ways
to begin.
Aumtara’s work has taken different forms over time. The common thread is helping people build confidence, capability, and greater agency in their own lives and communities.
Personality & confidence
Practical development in self-awareness, communication, presence, confidence, and participation.
02Learning & expression
Group programmes in personality development, meditation, relationship with self, creative writing, and spiritual growth.
03Skills & livelihoods
Aumtara LEADS supports tribal and rural communities through vocational skills, agriculture, enterprise, and women-led development.

The COVID-19 Safety Net
During the pandemic, Aumtara collaborated with Yellow Street / Gully Ruggers on food, safety materials, sanitation, and myth-busting support in Delhi. Public accounts attributed direct support to more than 230 families; coverage of the wider partnership later reported a 5,000-family reach.
Partnership figures are reported outreach numbers, not audited impact statistics.
